The MSc in Project Management is as inspiring as the projects we work on. That’s why, at Network Rail, it’s important that we develop those with ambition as big as ours. So alongside a minimum 2.2 degree, you’ll bring us the kind of passion and commitment that will see us, and our projects, go from strength to strength. In return we’ll ensure your career is as impressive as the projects you’ll lead

In the selection process you will be interviewed by both Network Rail people and a representative from the University of your choice. Once accepted by Network Rail as a candidate and on successful receipt of personal references, you will go through the formal admissions process of the university as only they can offer you a place on their MSc programme.
Once the university have made you an unconditional offer we can then confirm your place on the MSC funded programme as a Network Rail scholar. The summer before you start your studies we will invite you to a welcome day so that you start to feel part of the Network Rail team.
The MSc programmes at both universities will start at the end of September 2009 and will last for 50 weeks. During this time you will not actually be an employee of Network Rail.
We will be keeping in touch with you whilst you are at university and we run leadership days throughout the year that will keep you in touch with key company issues.
Your first day of employment will be 4th October 2010 and you will undergo a targeted induction programme at our Leadership Centre in Coventry before you start your actual job.
Thank you very much for your interest.
